Our second last day, and a long day on the road. We started in BC at Liard River Hot Springs Park, and ended up in Alberta in Fort St. John BC, right on the BC/Alberta border. It was a pretty long day, but it was probably our best day for wildlife - sheep, moose and caribou. The scenery was pretty amazing as well.

It was a bit of a long day today, but also a very good one. We were leaving the Yukon, and heading back into BC. I bit bittersweet, as it's been an amazing trip. Today was the epic day of the road trip. From our base at Tombstone Territorial Park, we made the long drive up the Dempster Highway to the Arctic Circle. With only one place to stop for gas in 400 km of road, there were some risks. To make the trip more manageable, we left the trailer behind, and brought Uncle Dave and Linda with us in Dad's truck. It was an epic 15 hour day - but did we make?
