For our stay in Maui, we were on the west side of the island, towards the north end near the town of Lahaina. We stayed at the Westin Resort and Spa, which ended up being a bit of a disappointment - not a place we’d recommend.

The hotel itself was nice enough (if a bit dated), but the service we received was ridiculously bad. Let’s just say that I gave them a 2/10 on the response survey I filled in after our trip. That area of the island is pretty awesome, and we loved Lahaina, so we’d definitely go back to that area, but stay somewhere else.
